Welcome to terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from website. Please read through carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing your order, you are agree to be bound to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound to these terms and conditions, please do not access or use the service.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. We will not able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order after your order has been confirmed.

Terms of Sale

Purchase of Products
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Once you have checked out and received your payment confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the “CONFIRM ORDER” button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:-

a)     The product ordered being unavailable from stock

b)     Our inability to obtain authorization of payment

c)     The identification of an error within the product information, including price and promotion

d)     Incomplete details give, such as delivery address

e)     If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep all your details and payment secure.

All payments can be made via credit / debit card, and online bank transfer.
All orders will be cancelled if the payment has not be made within 48 hours. A cancelled order cannot be reversed.

Please be aware that the prices display on our website include delivery costs for purchases within Malaysia and exclude delivery costs for International purchases, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly display during the checkout process.

Due to the large number of products on site, it is possible that some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover any pricing errors, we will either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.

All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order not available and you will be given option to replace with other items or the order will be cancelled. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. We will credit the balance as store credit for your future purchase and strictly no cash refund. If you’re using a combination of payment card and gift card, we will refund anything you paid for with your gift card first, and then refund the outstanding credit to your store credit.

Material & Colour
We will make every effort to display the material & colours information for each clothing as accurate as possible that appears on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depends on your monitor & materials may sometimes differ upon receiving, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. As stated clearly on the return policy, Blacksafe will not refund/call back any products that is related to colour change/material unsatisfactory.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Measurements may vary between 3-5cm. Unless otherwise stated, measurements indicated are centimetres.

Product Care
By all means, we will take cautious care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished including prices and promotions.

Shipping information


All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days upon verification of the payment. Delivery is carried out during Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and local public holidays of the delivery place.
Once your parcel is ready to be dispatched, a tracking code will be emailed to you and we will not take any responsibilities on any lost parcels. Any claims will have to be made with our third party service providers.
In the case of bounced parcels, customers will be contacted by our customer service. Customers will have to bare for the cost for re-delivery. Details regarding the re-delivery process will be sent through an email to customer.
Any unclaimed bounced back parcels will be automatically forfeited after 60 days of grace period.


Shipping cost within Malaysia will be borne by Blacksafeoutlet. For international shipping, kindly contact our customer service for further assistance.
