Return Policy
- To ensure fairness and customer satisfaction, all orders are thoroughly inspected for defects before shipment. Once an item is delivered, we are not responsible for any issues that arise. Items purchased from Blacksafe are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable due to dissatisfaction, except in cases of defects, size, color, or item errors. Final decisions on exchanges are made by our management.
- Material and quality perceptions can vary due to differences in monitor colors. Blacksafe does not guarantee that the items will look exactly like the photographs. Slight color variations are expected due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions during photography. However, we assure you that color differences will not be significant. If you have concerns, please contact us before placing an order.
- If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the defect. We will investigate the issue before you return the item.
- For item exchanges, please contact our customer service for assistance. Return requests must meet the following requirements: all returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact if applicable). A return form must be included in the return parcel.
- Our Return & Exchange department will contact you once we have received and processed your returned parcel. Size exchanges will take 7-12 working days, while refunds to store credit will be processed within 3 working days.
