    1. General Guidelines

    • All orders are inspected thoroughly for defects and quality before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Once delivered, we are not responsible for issues arising from misuse or mishandling.
    • Items purchased from BlackSafe are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable due to dissatisfaction, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

    2. Eligible Return & Exchange Cases

    We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

    • Defective Items: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
    • Incorrect Size, Color, or Item: If the received product differs from what was ordered.

    3. Conditions for Returns

    To process your return or exchange request, please ensure the following:

    • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact).
    • A completed return form must be included in the return parcel.
    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please include clear photos of the issue for verification.

    4. Return & Exchange Process

    1. Contact Customer Service:
      Email/Whatapps us with your order details and photos of the issue.
    2. Approval:
      Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 working days with further instructions.
    3. Return Shipment:
      Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., defective item or wrong shipment).
    4. Inspection & Processing:
      Once we receive the returned item, our Return & Exchange Department will inspect it. If approved, we will process the exchange or refund.

    5. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Size Exchanges: Processing time is 7-12 working days after approval.
    • Refunds: Refunds / Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of approval.

    6. Important Notes

    • Color Variations: Due to monitor settings and photography lighting, slight color differences may occur. These are not considered defects. We assure that such differences are minimal.
    • Final Decision: All exchange and refund decisions are at the discretion of BlackSafe management.
    • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
