Delivery:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment verification.
• Delivery occurs Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local holidays.
• A tracking code is emailed once the parcel is dispatched.
• Responsibility for lost parcels lies with third-party service providers; claims must be made with them.
• For bounced parcels, customers will be contacted and must cover re-delivery costs.
• Unclaimed bounced parcels are forfeited after 60 days.

Shipping:

• For international shipping, contact customer service.
• Address amendments within 12 hours of order placement should be emailed to blacksafejb@gmail.com.
• Delivery costs are RM6 for West Malaysia and RM45 for East Malaysia.
• Re-routing takes 10 business days.
