At BlackSafe Outlet, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our updated shipping and delivery policy below:
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been verified.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- A tracking code will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
- West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM6 per order.
- East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM45 per order.
- International Shipping: Please contact our customer service team at blacksafejb@gmail.com for shipping rates and availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- West Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
- International Orders: 20-30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Address Amendments
- If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please email us at blacksafejb@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Amendments requested after this window may not be accommodated.
5. Bounced & Unclaimed Parcels
- In the event of a bounced parcel (e.g., incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), customers will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery costs must be covered by the customer.
- Unclaimed parcels will be held for 60 days. If not claimed within this period, the parcel will be forfeited.
6. Lost Parcels & Liability
- Once a parcel is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier service provider. Any claims for lost or damaged parcels must be filed directly with the courier.
- We will assist in providing necessary details to support your claim.
7. Re-Routing Parcels
- If your parcel needs to be re-routed, the process may take up to 10 business days. Additional charges may apply.
